NH is Neville Hounsome. A consultant, coach, non-executive director and former HR director who has delivered change in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

His own career demonstrates how you can successfully develop careers across sectors. Neville's career also provides insight into how sectors see one another in a world where traditional sector boundaries are becoming more blurred. A private sector seeking more governance and transparency, the public sector being more commercial and not-for-profits balancing a "business head with their social heart".

He is based in Suffolk and East London and is happy to travel to meet organisations and individuals in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge, Essex, Hertfordshire and London.
