Neville is an experienced and pragmatic board-level consultant, coach and non-executive director with key interests in working with clients managing change and business transformation. His professional background is in HR in Director roles in award-winning private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

With homes in Bury Saint Edmunds and Wanstead, Neville serves London and East Anglia (Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire). He is happy to flex his delivery methods to meet realistic budgets.

As well as his general HR experience, Neville specialises in:

• Developing senior individuals during times of change and transition.
• Analysing and setting HR strategy - achieving awards at Hyde Housing for employee engagement, talent management, recruitment and IiP gold (twice).
• Leading organisational change programs helping Norfolk Constabulary to be cited by HMIC as having "the most advanced modernisation plan in the country".
• Advising Remuneration Committees as Chair of the Remuneration Committee in the NHS, consultant to a not-for-profit reviewing its remuneration strategy and as the executive lead developing pay and benefits practice at two PLCs.
• Resolving difficult individual disputes at senior level including cases of fraud, grievances at board level and complex individual disputes.
