Mentoring Style

Non-directive - Neville has a non directive style which gives the coachee the time and space to explore their own goals and the options for achieving them.

Empathetic - he has an empathetic, relaxed and approachable personality. His varied professional insights enable him to gently question personal boundaries and perceived limitations.

Questions - Most sessions with Neville are traditional 1-2-1 meetings. However, he is known for literally taking people on a journey to visualise what sitting in their normal environment doesn't allow. Working with Neville is always with an end in mind but his coaching often sparks as many new questions as answers to existing ones. His ultimate goal is to help to make a lasting difference to individuals' working lives.
